Due to several doubts of a lot of people here it is the full procedure:

1-Run Quickpwn 1.20 (the one that support firmware 2.0.2)
( You can find here http://xs1.iphwn.org/releases/QuickPwnGUI120.zip )

2-Select the restore firmware 2.0.2 file
( You can find here http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite....1_Restore.ipsw )

3-Select "Add Cydia" and "Add Installer" ( don´t select "Replace boot logos" )

4-Complete the Quickpwn 1.20 Jailbreak process till the end.

5-Connect the Iphone to internet by wireless ( or other means :-) ) and run Cydia on Iphone home menu

6-Install and run Bootneuteur v2.0 ( you must search inside Cydia to find it )

7-Select Neuteur e Unlock options in Bootneuteur

8-Select on the top right corner of the iphone Flash option

9-Leave Iphone until it ends all flash process

10-Reboot it and it´s UNLOCKED and JAILBREAKED! !
